Mark P. Boulanger, CPA, CVA

While at Raiche & Company, CPAs, PA Mark concentrates his efforts in the areas of construction, hospitality, printers and professional services. Mark has over twelve years of experience serving as the professional accounting and tax advisor to a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining the Firm he worked for a large regional firm, Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, and a small local firm, Dawson, Smith, Purvis & Bassett, P.A. both in Portland, Maine.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and a 1993 graduate of Husson College with a Master's of Science in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting. He is a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Boulanger is also as Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Through his specialty and experience as a CVA, Mr. Boulanger is well qualified to assist clients, attorneys and other professionals in determining the value of closely held businesses. Business valuations opined by Mr. Boulanger can be used to substantiate business value in Estate and Gift tax issues, succession planning and litigation support, as well as many other uses.

Mark has spoken at various construction related functions and other informational sessions relating to recent tax legislation, most recently the Construction Financial Management Association of Maine.
